In this program, the Youth Therapist provides therapeutic services to youth ages 14+ focusing on goals that support improved mental health, the building of skills such as emotional regulation and coping skills to recover from trauma, and teaches youth how to strengthen interpersonal relationships and strengthen their problem-solving capacity. The therapist can meet youth where they feel most comfortable, in the community or our office setting throughout the week, days or evenings.
