The Slime Workshop

Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with a hands-on sensory workshop hosted by the Closer to Home Viewpoints Team and ConnecTeen. Youth ages 10–15 will explore the power of tactile play through slime-making—a creative, “messy” way to practice grounding, reduce anxiety, and find their flow.

Find Your Focus. Feel the Flow.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for a hands-on workshop dedicated to creativity and calm. Whether you’re looking to de-stress after school or just want to get your hands messy, we’ve got the perfect “slimy” solution for you.

The Closer to Home Viewpoints Team is proud to collaborate with ConnecTeen to bring you an afternoon of sensory exploration. Discover how tactile play can help ground you, reduce anxiety, and spark joy.
