Through oral storytelling and access to local and invited Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Ceremony People, participants will gain exposure to Indigenous ways of being, thinking, and practicing to support their understanding and re-connection to Indigenous identity as a path to individual healing and wellness.

This program will take place once per month on the following dates:
- Wednesday, July 15th from 1-3 pm
- Wednesday, August 26th from 1-3 pm
- Friday, September 18th from 1-3 pm
- Thursday, September 17th from 1 PM to 3 PM
- Thursday, October 22nd from 1 PM to 3 PM
- Wednesday, November 18th from 1 PM to 3 PM
Location: Ee-Des-Spoom-Ooh-Soop, our Indigenous healing space, located at 1410 11 Ave SW.
