Nutrition Ninjas

Nutrition Ninjas offers a fun, interactive, and supportive learning environment for parents with children aged 0 to 11. Parents will have the opportunity to connect with others who are navigating the joys and challenges of raising healthy eaters. Whether you are looking for practical meal-prep ideas, budget-friendly grocery tips, strategies for dealing with picky eaters, or just want to connect with other families in your neighborhood, this program is for you! Join us for Nutrition Ninjas!

This program is designed to foster positive community relationships while building the confidence and skills needed to champion healthy nutrition habits at home. You will share experiences, swap recipes, and learn alongside other parents in your community who are on the same journey.

Program Details:
