Intergenerational Trauma Workshop

This workshop will help participants acknowledge the role trauma may play in an individual’s life. To gain awareness of how far we, as Indigenous people, have travelled away from our natural ancestral teachings. Begin to understand the natural process of growth in traditional living, commit to caretaking the damaged spirit and reclaim your traditional being.
