Fitness Friday's for Youth

Ditch the screens and get moving! Join us at Lift Youth Gym in Airdrie for high-energy sessions designed for all fitness levels. Led by expert coaches, you’ll master lifting and agility through dynamic skill-building and team challenges.

Designed specifically for ages 9–17, these sessions mix functional training with high-intensity fun. No experience? No problem. The coaches will ensure everyone moves safely and hits their personal best.

The Details

  • Dates: Friday, March 20 & Friday, March 27
  • Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Who: Youth ages 9–17 (All fitness levels welcome!)

What’s in Store?

We’re breaking the “boring workout” mold. Each session includes:

  • Dynamic Warm-ups: Get loose and ready for action.
  • Skill Building: Master the basics of lifting, jumping, and moving with power.
  • Team Challenges: Fun, competitive circuits to keep the energy high.
  • Cool Down & Recovery: Learn how to take care of your body post-workout.

What to Bring
