ESL Reading and Writing Circles is a welcoming, supportive group for ESL learners who want to strengthen their English reading, writing, and communication skills. This program builds literacy through a focus on reading and writing, while also incorporating conversational English and practical grammar learning and practice.
Sessions may draw on themes and topics from other FESA programs—such as LAPS, ILAPS, PAV, IPAV, and Financial Literacy—providing meaningful, real-life contexts for language practice. The primary focus remains on helping participants build confidence and fluency in English through guided discussion, shared learning, and skill-building activities.
This group is offered in collaboration with Closer to Home Community Services Family Resource Network and Further Education Society, creating a safe and inclusive space for learners to connect, learn, and grow together.
Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm from January 22- March 26, 2026 at our NCFRN location.
