Community Gardening: Grow What You Eat

Community Gardening is a time for families to learn gardening basics together, and use what they grow! Parents and children of all ages are welcome.

This is a session-based program located in Beddington and Edgeburn Lane communities.

Did you know that gardening is an activity that’s good for your mental health? Join our community gardening program to learn, grow and thrive!

This program will meet bi-weekly and offers two different sessions at two different locations. When you sign up, pick the location that is closest to you.

For more information, contact familyresourenetwork@closertohome.com, or call (403) 543-0555.

** Please note: All FRN programs are offered on an as-needed basis. Please view the program calendar to see which programs are currently running. Please contact us if you are interested in participating in a program that is not currently being offered. **

Gardening supplies will be provided onsite. Please bring yourselves, your family, a hat and some water as we will be outside.

This program is open to all families. Children of all ages are permitted. No child-care will be provided.
