Babysitter's Safety Course

Closer to Home North Central Family Resource Network offers The Babysitter’s Safety Course programming free of charge.

Please register any youth ages 12-17 years old for course certification from the Alberta Safety Council. This is a 7-lesson program focusing on Child Development, Positive Behaviour Management, and Home and Outdoor Safety and Injury Prevention.

Come and learn how to be a certified babysitter for your family and the community.

The next program will run on April 26, 2025, at 10 AM to 5PM in collaboration with the West Family Resource Network & Children’s Cottage Society.
