Before you begin planning your fundraiser, please ensure you:

Download and review Closer to Home’s Community Fundraising Guidelines.
Complete the application form below; this will help us understand your vision and how we can best help you reach your goals.
Closer to Home will review your application for approval. We consider the following criteria in the evaluation of an application:

Does the initiative align with CTH’s fundraising strategic direction?
Does the timing align well with CTH’s ongoing activities?
Does the initiative align with CTH’s policies?
If required, are the appropriate licenses in place? For example, liquor or gaming licenses from Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission.

Once approved, a letter of agreement will be forwarded. Then the fun begins!
